Other items you may need:
- Renting extra tables can be very helpful in setting up food or gift tables.
- Extra garbage cans are always recommended to make clean up easier for you and your guests.
- If it may rain or be windy (or if you have nosy neighbors), you may want to consider renting sidewalls for your tent (offered with or without windows).
- If it will be a warm day and you are serving perishable food, renting our salad bar to fill with ice to keep your food cold may be a good idea.
- Barbecuing for your party? You may need to rent a large BBQ grill to handle all that food.
Ideas to personalize your event and make it even more memorable:
- To dress up a party inexpensively, simply add some of our table linens or chair covers.
- If your event is going past sunset, you may want to consider what lighting you will need inside the tent. There are many options including candles, LED lights, or renting a canopy chandelier.
- A great way to keep your guests entertained is with music. Renting a digital juke box will allow hours of entertainment and a way for your guests to choose their own songs.
- Dance floors aren’t just for weddings – if you are going to have music or a DJ, consider renting a dance floor for those guests who just can’t resist the music.
- Whether it is for a birthday, anniversary, or wedding, make your event special by personalizing your entertainment with a slide show featuring your pictures.
- Serving beverages at your party? You may want to rent our portable bar with a built in kegerator .
- To make the memories last for everyone, you could include a photo booth in your party plans to capture the memory for you and a souvenir for your guests to take home.
